Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift: cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.

• Perform all the duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3-15 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Make consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.

• Experience leading a team (3-15 people) during shifts; positive attitude, great motivator.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; reliable insured vehicle.
• Punctual and demonstrate a great attitude with customers and co-workers.
• Minimum age 18 years.
