Hiring Immediately! Store Sales Associate – Texarkana, TX

Starting Pay Rate: $17-18 per hour

Benefits: Full‑time benefits available

• Monday – Friday: 7 am – 5 pm
• Saturday: 8 am – 12 pm
• Sunday:

If you love helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast‑paced retail environment, this role is for you. As the go‑to expert for retail and contractor customers, you’ll assist with product selection, color matching, and order processing across multiple channels. You’ll also help keep the store organized, stocked and safe while supporting warehouse operations.

• Connecting with customers and making product recommendations
• Mix, tint, and match paint to meet customer specifications
• Learn about PPC brands and how to help in a store
• Process orders and payments via phone, in person, online, and email
• Tint and color match customer requirements
• Safely handle, load, and unload products for stocking and order fulfillment
• Support general store operations as needed
• Other tasks as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license issued by the state in which the position is based, along with a satisfactory driving record, to deliver products as necessary
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly
• Customer‑service skills with a team‑oriented focus
• Available to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime
• Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions
