Hourly Pay: $12.00–$14.00 per hour (based on skills and experience)

Variable schedule. Approx. 10–12 hours per week. Availability during major holidays, weekends, and for seasonal and inventory support as needed.

Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products in local retail stores using mobile device for inventory and reporting.
• Maintain product displays, perform holiday support (additional days/hours around Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas) and may work on the holidays themselves.
• Assist with fixture installations, relocations, and department resets with advance notice; may involve evenings or weekends.
• Support team members as needed across territories.

Must be able to push, pull, lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally; kneel, squat, walk, stand, climb stairs or ladders. Physically demanding job.

• Minimum age 18.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate digital handheld device to read documents and interpret information.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores.
