  Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make immediate decisions related to production, ordering, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality; and adapt to new tools while encouraging others to use them.

  Drive the performance of the area; stock and rotate merchandise; enforce quality and date‑control standards; eliminate waste; provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs; assist members with purchasing decisions, payment types, and merchandise location; and resolve member issues and concerns.
