As a Sales Lead, you create an engaging environment for associates and customers, partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans, and lead daily store operations.

• Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Share your knowledge of products and services to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the company selling model.
• Help store leaders execute daily operational action plans.
• Motivate and coach associates to improve performance.
• Drive results by identifying business opportunities in partnership with store leaders.
• Assess daily schedules to maximize productivity and equalize payroll.
• Share daily communications with store teams and prioritize tasks as needed.
• Support store leadership with onboarding new associates when needed.
• Adhere to brand guidelines, operational requirements, and asset protection policies.

• 1–3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for styling and love of working with people.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Proficient with technology, including accurate use of store systems.
