Hourly Wage

$16 - $32 per hour (will equal or exceed the local minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Meat/Produce associates focus on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked, rotating product, and maintaining proper food safety standards. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
