Sales Representative, Account Manager
Job Requirements
The Branch Sales Representative, reporting to the Regional Manager, will focus on growing sales of our entire product offering to an assigned account list by utilizing technology, understanding market needs, and building relationships.
Here is what you will be doing as part of the team:- Maximize Sales Potential:
Develop and maintain customer relationships to maximize sales potential. - Customer Profiles:
Create and maintain detailed customer profiles. - Identify Growth Opportunities:
Identify growth opportunities for assigned and new branch target accounts. - Support Sales Associates:
Assist Branch Sales Associates on opportunities as needed. - Promotions:
Leverage monthly/seasonal promotions for assigned accounts to maximize customer engagement. - Account Reviews:
Participate in account reviews for assigned customer lists. - Product Management:
Provide input to Product Management on products to be stocked and levels needed. - Document Customer Interactions:
Manage pipeline activities and uphold strong CRM hygiene to ensure accurate, reliable data in Salesforce. - Mentorship:
Mentor Branch Sales Associates on sales skills. - Customer Service:
Provide superior customer service to both external and internal customers. - Technology Utilization:
Learn and utilize internal industry-leading technology offerings. - Continued Learning:
Stay current on sales training courses and continued learning. - Recruiting:
Perform regular recruiting efforts to grow the account list. - Travel:
This role may require occasional travel for training sessions, professional development opportunities, meetings, or other work-related activities. Candidates should be prepared to travel with advance notice provided whenever possible.
- Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required. - Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated sales experience preferred.
- Driver’s License:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record for at least the past 3 years. - Microsoft Office Proficiency:
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite. - Energetic and Motivated:
Highly energetic, motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic. - Proactive and Resourceful:
Proactive and resourceful in an autonomous work environment. - Results-oriented:
Must be results, detail, and team-oriented. - Customer Service
