Performs major and minor repairs on facilities, equipment, or fixtures using multiple craft skills;
Manages work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors; orders parts and tracks orders;
Ensures compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines;
Leads and participates in teams to meet timelines and quality standards
