Position OverviewWe are seeking experienced Lead Electricians to join our growing team in the Texarkana area
. Candidates may have experience in commercial, industrial, residential service work, or any combination of the three
. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and capable of working independently while delivering high‑quality electrical work.
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems.
- Perform commercial, industrial, and/or residential service work based on experience and project needs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements.
- Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Work safely while following OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, customers, and fellow electricians to complete projects efficiently.
- Lead projects and mentor apprentices or junior electricians when appropriate.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, residential service electrical work, or any combination of these disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve electrical issues independently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in a variety of environments.
- Pre-employment drug screening required.
- Valid driver's license preferred, but not required.
- $32.10/hour for qualified candidates, with higher wages available for Foreman-level experience.
