Leo Force is seeking a mid-level Concrete Foreman in Texarkana, TX to lead large-scale concrete operations on municipal, commercial, and structural projects. You will supervise crews, coordinate equipment and materials, and ensure safe, high-quality placements on tight schedules.
The role requires hands-on concrete experience, prior foreman or lead duties, and proficiency with wall formwork, laser screed, and paving machines. CDL and bilingual abilities are a plus.
