Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated Apprentice Electrician for a growing company in Texarkana, TX. This position will assist licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn the electrical trade while developing valuable hands-on experience.

• Assist electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment
• Pull wire, install conduit, and assist with electrical rough-ins and finish work
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and electrical schematics
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively
• Troubleshoot basic electrical issues under the direction of a licensed electrician
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and electrical codes
• Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion

• Must possess an Apprentice Electrician Card or be willing to obtain one
• Previous electrical experience preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety practices preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and job site environments
