Care Team Specialist

We're seeking a passionate Care Team Specialist I to provide spiritual support through phone, email, and social media, rooted in a strong understanding of the Bible and a calling to serve others. This on-site position in Franklin, TN, involves engaging with individuals in need, demonstrating empathy, and embodying our mission and values.

Requirements include:

• At least 1 year of ministry experience
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Ministry training (volunteer, leadership, or staff)
• Strong knowledge of scripture and discernment skills
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media; 45+ WPM
• Ability to multi-task calls and communications accurately
• Associates degree in biblical studies, theology, or related field (plus)
• Bilingual skills (plus)
• Availability to work Tuesday-Saturday, 2:00pm-10:30pm

• Supporting multiple communication channels
• Transferring crisis calls appropriately
