We are seeking experienced CDL‑A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes in the western United States. The role involves transporting glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.

• Driver Type: Experienced CDL‑A flatbed drivers
• Promotion: $5,000 hiring bonus (eligible for new drivers only)

• Home Time: Off most weekends for a 34‑hour reset

Full time: $903.55 – $2,021.54 per week ($46,984.82 – $ per year) depending on experience, routes, attendance, and service length. Includes mileage, accessorials such as tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety, and over‑dimensional pay.

Flatbed regional rate: $0.57 – $0.71 per mile.

• Must be currently employed and actively driving.
• Payout every 90 days over 12 months of active, good‑standing employment.
• First payout: $1,250 at 90 days; second: $1,250 at 180 days; third: $1,250 at 270 days; fourth: $1,250 at 360 days.
• Owner/operators and drivers with less than four months of CDL‑A experience are not eligible.

$1,800 transition package; $1,000 allocated for orientation during the first two weeks.

• Valid Class A CDL
• Age 21 or older
• Safe driving record; no more than six jobs in last three years
• Minimum 4 months of driving experience
• Background check, drug test, clearinghouse result required
• Physically able to lift a 90‑lb tarp onto a 5‑ft high platform twice
• Optional: 1 year truck driving experience preferred
