Baker's Towing & Recovery is seeking a dependable, motivated individual to join our team as a Light Duty Wrecker Operator and Parts Store Associate. This position offers a unique opportunity to work both in the towing industry and in our parts operation, providing a variety of responsibilities and opportunities for growth.

• Operate light-duty tow trucks safely and professionally
• Provide excellent customer service during towing and roadside service calls
• Deliver and pick up automotive parts as needed
• Assist customers at the parts counter
• Receive, stock, organize, and inventory parts
• Maintain cleanliness of trucks, equipment, and work areas
• Complete required paperwork and electronic documentation
• Assist other departments as needed

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Basic automotive knowledge preferred
• Towing experience is a plus but not required; training is available
