At INEOS Acetyls, our people drive our success. We’re looking for a Site Accountant who wants to be embedded in operations, partner with leadership, and play a key role in shaping financial performance at our Texas City site.

• True business partner to site leadership, not just back-office accounting
• High visibility with impact on $30M+ in contracts and operations
• Exposure to manufacturing finance, SAP systems, and strategic planning
• Opportunity to challenge, improve, and optimize financial performance

• Own site financial performance including actuals, forecasts, and budgets
• Lead month-end close in SAP and ensure IFRS/GAAP compliance
• Partner with Operations and Commercial teams to drive decisions
• Analyze cost drivers, inventory, and production performance
  
  Support cash flow forecasting, working capital, and financial modeling
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 10+ years of experience, ideally in manufacturing or cost accounting
• Strong understanding of IFRS and GAAP
• SAP experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Confident communicator who can challenge and influence
