Meador, an Openwork Company, is currently engaged in a search to find a contract Financial Clerk located in Texas City. We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with confidential financial information.
As the Financial Clerk, you will:- Perform basic accounting functions, including processing debits, credits, and financial transactions.
- Complete data entry and provide general accounting support to the Finance Department.
- Enter, review, and maintain financial information within the company’s accounting system.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records through scanning, filing, and document management.
- Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets and financial reports as needed.
- Assist with organizing invoices, documents, and other Finance Department records.
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance Department and assist with additional accounting tasks as assigned.
- Experience with Quick Books Desktop
- Strong knowledge in Excel
- Basic experience in accounting
- $21-24/hr
