Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Title IX Coordinator serves as the institution's subject matter expert and oversees all aspects of Title IX program administration, including complaint resolution, investigations, supportive measures, policy implementation, regulatory compliance, prevention education, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement.
This position partners with institutional leadership to promote a culture of accountability, respect, fairness, and compliance while implementing data-informed strategies that improve operational effectiveness, reduce institutional risk, strengthen stakeholder confidence, and ensure every matter is handled with professionalism, consistency, accuracy, and compassion.

Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesEssential Performance Requirements
Operational Excellence
- Establishes measurable service standards and operational performance metrics to ensure investigations, supportive measures, hearings, and appeals are completed accurately, consistently, and within established institutional timelines.
- Monitors case activity, aging reports, investigator workload, and program performance to identify trends, improve operational efficiency, and reduce institutional risk.
- Develops and maintains quality assurance standards for investigative reports and case documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, objectivity, and regulatory compliance.
- Leads continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery, streamline business processes, and improve stakeholder experience.
Data & Analytics
- Develops and maintains executive dashboards and regularly reports key performance indicators related to investigation timeliness, case volume, backlog, compliance, quality assurance, training, and operational effectiveness.
- Uses data analytics to identify emerging trends, training needs, recurring issues, and opportunities for proactive education, prevention, and process improvement.
- Makes evidence‑based recommendations to leadership regarding resource allocation, staffing needs, workflow enhancements, and program effectiveness.
Leadership and Talent Development
- Leads, develops, coaches, and evaluates assigned Title IX personnel while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and service excellence.
- Establishes clear performance expectations, measurable outcomes, and accountability standards for investigators and professional staff.
