We’re seeking a Project Estimator to support fast-paced landscape and outdoor construction projects where accuracy and speed matter. This role plays a key part in developing budgets, building estimates, and supporting quick-turn project execution across concrete and site work scopes. It’s a great fit for someone highly organized who understands both the field and the numbers behind successful construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets for landscape construction and concrete projects
- Review project scope and construction plans to build accurate and competitive pricing
- Support rapid turnaround estimates for short-duration and fast-moving projects
- Coordinate with field teams to validate scope, materials, and production assumptions
- Maintain organized estimating files and track cost data to improve future bids
- 5–15 years of experience in construction estimating or project cost management
- Background in landscape construction, outdoor installations, or concrete work
- Strong understanding of field construction practices and project workflows
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously
- Advanced Excel skills for cost modeling and data tracking
- Experience with construction management or estimating software
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
