• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Provide information about our services and assist customers with their real estate needs
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building rapport and resolving issues promptly
• Follow communication scripts and handle objections effectively
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update customer accounts as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
• Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
• Real estate knowledge is a plus but not required
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
