Telenet is a leading telecommunications company based in Texas City, TX. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Check Payment Dispatcher to join our team on a part-time basis.

As a Check Payment Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching payments for our customers. You will work closely with our billing department to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that payments are processed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and review payment requests from customers
  • Verify accuracy of payment information and ensure all necessary documentation is included
  • Coordinate with billing department to process payments in a timely manner
  • Dispatch payments to appropriate departments or vendors
  • Maintain accurate records of all payments and transactions
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on payment status and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve payment processes and procedures
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Must be able to work 20 hours per week on a flexible schedule
