Summary:
Student Lab Assistant to assist RPA instructors in the classroom and labs, and tutor students outside of class for UiPath and Blue Prism. This is a grant funded position through August 2025.

Minimum Education /Training/
Experience:
Current COM student and UiPath or Blue Prism certified. High skill level with a range of RPA skills. Some experience in coaching/tutoring others in hands-on lab learning.
Minimum Knowledge &
Skills:
UiPath or Blue Prism certification. Good communicator, able to coach/tutor in hands-on lab, logical and critical thinker.
Job Duties:
Assist instructors in the classroom and labs, tutor students as needed outside the classroom. Help resolve RPA process development issues, debug the processes students develop, and proctor students working on projects etc. Meet classes and labs as scheduled.
Physical Requirements:
Position typically requires reaching, standing, fingering, grasping, talking, hearing and seeing. Sedentary Work: exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
Minimum Salary Range: $14/hour
Mid Point Salary Range: $14/hour
