As an Impact Leadership Coach, you will engage with Nex Gen participants weekly, delivering impactful discussions, leadership insights, and actionable strategies to help them navigate personal and professional growth. Your role is to offer wisdom, motivation, and tools for success through ongoing sessions that reinforce Nex Gen’s mission.

• Lead weekly workshops, discussions, or coaching sessions on leadership and growth.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and real‑world perspectives to young leaders.
• Collaborate with Nex Gen leadership to align content with core program initiatives.
• Help develop actionable strategies for mentees to build confidence and career readiness.

• Expertise in leadership, mentorship, community impact, or professional development
