Missions
Under the direct authority of the director of the leisure center, your duties will take place in the context of after-school and extra-curricular activities (school holidays). In this context, you will need to:
- Be the bearer of a quality public service
- Foster communication with families
- Develop, propose, animate and evaluate leisure projects for children, within the framework of the city's educational project and pedagogical project
- Enable children to understand their environment
- Ensure the physical, emotional and moral safety of children
- Holder of a BAFA (or in training) or equivalent, BPJEPS, CAP early childhood
Required knowledge: knowledge of childhood, animation techniques aimed at implementing the pedagogical project
Skills:
design and conduct an activity project
Required attitude: pedagogical, sense of human relations, open-mindedness and tolerance, sense of responsibility, creativity, patience
Required behavior: great availability, self-control
