Enrollment Coach - Dual Credit

Responsibilities
  • Manages an assigned caseload of dual credit students from initial interest and application through registration and the start of classes.
  • Monitors the enrollment funnel daily to identify students who have applied, determine outstanding requirements, and provide timely, individualized follow-up.
  • Assists students and families with admissions, placement testing, parent permission, residency, required documentation, course requests, registration, payment requirements, and other dual credit enrollment steps.
  • Reviews student records, high school and college transcripts, and placement test scores to determine enrollment readiness and identify required next steps.
  • Collects and submits required student documentation, including test scores, transcripts, vaccination records or waivers, and other admissions materials, in accordance with college procedures.
  • Collaborates with assigned high school counselors, administrators, and other district partners to coordinate enrollment activities, resolve student issues, communicate deadlines, and support student participation in dual credit.
  • Provides individual and group presentations to students and families regarding dual credit opportunities, eligibility requirements, available academic and career pathways, enrollment procedures, costs, and student responsibilities.
  • Conducts outreach through email, telephone, text messaging, virtual platforms, and in-person meetings to support students and families throughout the enrollment process.
  • Maintains accurate and timely student records, case notes, enrollment reports, contact logs, and other documentation using college information and case-management systems.
  • Tracks caseload progress and enrollment outcomes, identifies barriers or trends, and provides data and updates to support departmental planning and enrollment goals.
  • Supports student success after enrollment by responding to questions, providing referrals to appropriate college resources, communicating important deadlines, and following up on early alerts or other identified concerns.
  • Represents the college at high school events, parent meetings, recruitment activities, registration events, orientations, and other district or community activities, including occasional evening events.
  • Works collaboratively with Admissions, Testing, Advising, Financial Aid, the Business Office, academic departments, and other college offices to resolve enrollment barriers and support students.
  • Assists with departmental initiatives, enrollment campaigns, special projects, and peak-period operational needs.
  • Plans, coordinates, and supports large-scale dual credit events, including parent information sessions, orientations, enrollment events, student visits, and other recruitment and student-success activities.
  • Coordinates event logistics with college departments and school district partners, including scheduling, facilities, technology, transportation, materials, communications, attendance, and follow-up.
  • Plans and conducts campus tours and group visits for prospective and current dual credit students, families, and school district partners.
  • Represents the college at recruitment, enrollment, and community events held on campus and at partner school districts.
  • Maintains a flexible work schedule and works occasional evenings and weekends to support events, presentations, enrollment activities, and other departmental needs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with at least one year of direct experience working in the recruitment, advising, high school relations, admissions, records, and outreach or related field in a college or university setting.
  • Knowledge of college admissions, dual credit enrollment, testing, registration, and student-support processes.
  • Knowledge of the needs and characteristics of high school students, including students from diverse backgrounds and special populations.
  • Knowledge of FERPA and other requirements related to protecting student information.
