Job Description & How to Apply Below

KRUSH Tech is a new technology company building advanced hardware solutions for defense, aerospace, communications, and autonomous systems. We're launching our U.S. operations from the ground up — and this is a rare opportunity to join at the very beginning and help shape the company from day one.

At KRUSH Tech, we combine the agility of a startup with the ambition to tackle some of the industry's most demanding engineering challenges. Our teams work across disciplines—including RF, embedded systems, electronics, mechanical engineering, software, manufacturing, and supply chain—to transform innovative ideas into reliable, production-ready solutions. We are building a next-generation, vertically integrated aerospace organization focused on advanced uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS), autonomy, sensing technologies, and scalable manufacturing — for the U.S. market and strategic partners.

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager to support our advanced manufacturing facility producing next-generation uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS) and defense technologies. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving the company's Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE), and Fire Safety programs, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, industry standards, and internal policies while fostering a strong culture of safety throughout the organization.

The HSE Manager will work closely with Manufacturing, Facilities, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure safe production processes, regulatory compliance, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence within a high-technology aerospace manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, environmental, and fire protection laws, regulations, standards, and company policies across manufacturing operations.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE policies, procedures, risk assessments, safe work practices, and emergency response plans.
  • Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments, identifying hazards and implementing corrective and preventive actions to reduce operational risk.
  • Lead investigations into incidents, injuries, near misses, occupational illnesses, and environmental events, performing root cause analysis and driving corrective actions.
  • Promote a strong safety culture through employee engagement, HSE training, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor compliance with safe work procedures, industrial hygiene requirements, PPE usage, and environmental standards throughout the facility.
  • Ensure manufacturing equipment, machinery, electrical systems, safety devices, ventilation systems, and regulated equipment are maintained, inspected, and operated in compliance with applicable safety requirements, initiating corrective actions when necessary.
  • Coordinate statutory inspections and industrial hygiene monitoring, including air quality, noise, vibration, pressure systems, lifting equipment, and other regulated assets.
  • Lead fire safety and emergency preparedness programs, including fire risk assessments, evacuation planning, drills, employee training, and maintenance of fire protection systems.
  • Oversee environmental compliance, including hazardous materials, hazardous waste, emissions, pollution prevention, recycling, and waste reduction programs.
  • Support the design, commissioning, expansion, and acceptance of new production facilities, equipment, and manufacturing processes to ensure HSE compliance.
  • Manage regulatory inspections, audits, reporting, and corrective action programs, maintaining effective relationships with government authorities.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Facilities, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to integrate HSE requirements into operations and production planning.
  • Prepare HSE metrics, KPIs, management reports, and regulatory documentation while providing leadership and guidance to HSE personnel, as applicable.
  • 5+ years of HSE experience within manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, defense, heavy industry, or other highly regulated industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge…
