RESPONSIBILITIES- Provides technical assistance/troubleshooting assistance in resolving equipment design, operation, and maintenance problems for all rotating and/or fixed equipment located within all assigned area teams; contacts internal and external experts as required.
- Utilizes reliability tools such as reliability analytics, failure evaluations, and cost analysis to improve reliability of rotating and/or fixed equipment systems.
- Writes Project Request Forms (PRFs) for reliability improvement projects, equipment upgrades, etc. Including financial justification (life cycle cost analysis) and assists in Decision Support Package (DSP) development.
- Champions Management of Change (MOC) as appropriate for the work scope.
- Helps establish equipment monitoring plans and control limits.
- Ensures equipment repairs meet or exceed Original Manufacturer (OEM) specifications.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
- Zero (0) years or more of experience required.
