  • Talent acquisition and workforce development for manufacturing operations
  • Compensation strategy, workforce analytics, and HR systems optimization
Education & Credentials
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
    Master’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field strongly preferred

  • Additional certifications in labor relations, change management, organizational design, Lean/Six Sigma, or similar disciplines are a plus
  • Ability to meet TWIC credential requirements
Experience Profile
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on labor relations experience, including collective bargaining and contract administration
  • Experience supporting unionized operations in chemical, refining, petrochemical, or heavy industrial settings strongly preferred

This role is well suited for an HR leader who thrives onsite, builds credibility with both leadership and labor partners, and is comfortable balancing strategic leadership with practical, hands-on execution.
