• Maintain the Service Desk queue and ensure timely resolution of standard tickets
• Ensure compliance with expense management system processes and procedures
• Create, update, and deactivate user credentials in relevant systems
• Troubleshoot invoice integration errors and coordinate with teams for resolution
• Perform scheduled audits in each system as necessary

• College degree in Information Systems or related field, and/or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience in software support, implementation projects, or database administration
• Knowledge of business analysis, process definition, and project management concepts
• Ability to effectively communicate financial data to various stakeholders
• Employment history demonstrating an understanding of basic accounting principles

• Experience in vendor credentialing and e-procurement platforms
• Familiarity with software support tools and methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Previous experience in a real estate or property management environment
