We are looking for a Workflow Automation Consultant to analyze, design, and implement automated business processes that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance overall productivity.
The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify workflow gaps and deploy automation solutions using modern workflow automation software.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation
- Design and implement workflow automation solutions tailored to business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define process improvements
- Configure and optimize workflow automation software platforms (such as Cflow or similar tools)
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including workflows and SOPs
- Monitor performance of automated workflows and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Provide training and support to end users on new automated processes
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and provide timely resolutions
Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Proven experience in workflow automation, business process management, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of process mapping and optimization techniques
- Experience with workflow automation tools (no-code/low-code platforms preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with tools like Cflow, Zapier, Kissflow, or Microsoft Power Automate
- Knowledge of APIs and system integrations
- Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies
- Certification in BPM or process automation (a plus)
