As a Junior Systems Administrator, you will work closely with senior administrators and help desk specialists to maintain system reliability and support business operations. Daily tasks may include creating user accounts, monitoring system performance, resolving technical issues, and assisting with software deployments. The role provides exposure to Windows and Linux environments, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity best practices.

• Assist with the administration and maintenance of servers and network systems
• Create, modify, and manage user accounts and access permissions
• Monitor system performance and respond to alerts or service issues
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems
• Support software installations, updates, and system upgrades
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory records, and configuration details
