Onshore Open Text Architect

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technical delivery point of contact for the project.
• Coordinate closely with Basis and other SAP teams (FI/MM/ABAP) to maintain/upgrade/support Open Text VIM.
• Perform development quality checks.
• Proactively identify and highlight risks/issues and work on mitigation plan with the stakeholders.
• Provide domain expertise, troubleshooting technical issues and support accounts payable business teams.
• Provide periodic status updates to various project stakeholders.
• Analysis and documentation of system architecture.
• Participate in design and solution of the target system to ensure the business requirements are met.
• Setup of infrastructure. Coordination with infra and service desks.
• Prepare of technical documentation.
• Provide support during business UAT.
• Coordinate onsite and offshore team activities.
• Perform cut-over activities for go-live.
• Provide support during hyper-care and handover to run team.

Requirements:

• Open Text Architect with experience on projects for Open Text Vendor Invoice Management for SAP (S/4
  
  HANA or ECC)
• Extensive knowledge on Open Text Archive Server
• Good exposure to implementation/upgrade & maintenance of Open Text VIM/IC4S or IES (or any equivalent OCR technologies)
• Experience with Open Text Live Link Enterprise Archive server installation, upgrades, configuration & monitoring.
• Experience with designing archive server architectures for various archiving scenarios, including setting up disaster recovery mechanisms, HA, multi-tier storage, cache server etc.
• Experience working with other Open Text products like Intelligent Capture for SAP, Blazon, and Rendition Server.
• Setting up integration between SAP configurations with Open Text for Archive Link scenarios.
