• Manage warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and on-time materials delivery.
• Oversee purchasing functions, including vendor negotiations, purchase order management, and supplier performance.
• Implement and maintain ERP/WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and cost reporting.
• Drive process improvements focused on supply chain optimization, automation, and resource efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and apply FIFO and cost-control strategies to improve workflow and minimize waste.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, purchasing, or construction supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of ERP/WMS systems and data-driven inventory management.
• Proven experience in cost control, vendor management, and materials forecasting.
• Familiarity with safety standards, lean principles, and 5S warehouse organization.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Construction industry experience highly preferred.
