• You will adjust and control process variables
• In this role, you will perform startup and shutdown of process equipment and prepare equipment for maintenance, including lockout/tagout
• Issue and manage maintenance work permits safely is part of your role
• You will monitor and maintain equipment performance
• Work 12-hour rotating shifts with on-call and overtime requirements
• Communicate effectively with operators, technicians, engineers, and management
• Follow all corporate and plant policies
• You will maintain strict safety and environmental standards at all times
• And you have to ensure high standards of housekeeping
• Participate in daily and monthly safety and production meetings

• High school diploma is required
• Associate degree is preferred
• More than two (2+) years of production, operations, or equivalent industrial experience is preferred
• You must be able to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and respond to call-ins as needed
