Senior Communications Specialist - Sponsorship Alliances

• Support and operationalize sponsorship strategy and evaluate new sponsorship proposals
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and brand ambassadors
• Coordinate project plans and manage activation and event logistics
• Collaborate with other departments on sponsorship projects, including content development for various media
• Document sponsorship results and assist with developing post-event evaluation reports

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of four years of experience in public relations, communications, writing/editing, or a related field
• Alternatively, two years of experience with a preferred Master's degree
• Must pass pre-employment skills test as required by Human Resources
• Ability to maintain the security and integrity of critical infrastructure as defined by Texas law

• Master's Degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in managing event logistics and sponsorship activations
• Familiarity with social media and digital content creation
• Strong writing and editing skills for various formats
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
