• Guide the strategy, development, and execution of marketing programs that enhance brand awareness and drive patient engagement
• Manage agency partners and oversee comprehensive marketing and advertising campaigns
• Evaluate and monitor campaign results, providing insights for optimization
• Lead project management initiatives, ensuring timely and on-budget completion of marketing activities
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships, including contract management and performance evaluation

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or related field
• Minimum of five years of project management experience in marketing, communications, and advertising
• Strong data analytics capabilities and experience managing budgets
• Expertise in social media and brand management
• Experience in digital advertising preferred

• Demonstrated experience in philanthropy or cause-related marketing
• Familiarity with campaign measurement and reporting metrics
• Previous experience in managing external agency relationships
