- Experience in data analysis, program evaluation, or nonprofit impact assessment.
- Ability to track and interpret community engagement, participant success, and funding effectiveness.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, reporting, and strategic insights.
- Passion for making data-driven decisions that enhance program efficiency.
