As Program Director & Community Outreach, you will oversee program development while actively growing Nex Gen’s connections with local schools, businesses, nonprofits, and city officials. Your work will ensure Nex Gen’s programs meet community needs, drive engagement, and create lasting partnerships.

• Develop core programming strategies for leadership and youth empowerment.
• Establish relationships with local organizations and stakeholders to expand Nex Gen’s reach.
• Lead community outreach initiatives, ensuring visibility and engagement.
• Support in securing sponsor ships, funding, and collaboration opportunities.
• Oversee volunteers and program execution, ensuring effective operations.
