Inpatient Rehabilitation Clinical Nurse Coord

Work Schedule: 3 days per week, 7a-7p/Rotating Weekends

As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator Inpatient Rehab, you will advance nursing practice and improve patient outcomes. We seek your knowledge and expertise.

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for assigned patients.
• Meet the Standards of Practice for the Rehabilitation Unit and manage all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment.
• Plan, measure, assess and improve the quality of patient care.
• Instruct patients/families regarding the disease process.
• Handle additional admission paperwork specific to the Rehabilitation Unit.
• Participate in weekly patient care conferences as needed.
• Assume the responsibility of charging the unit as needed.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current Registered Nurse License in the state of Texas or multi‑state compact license (employees with RN compact license must obtain Texas RN license within 90 days of hire).
• Current BLS certification required.
• At least 1 year of clinical rehab experience as a licensed RN.
