Devotion Hospice in Texas City seeks a dedicated Hospice Field RN to join our on-call team. This full-time role covers evenings from 4 pm to midnight, Monday through Friday, providing patient-centered care at home and in other setting.
You will conduct assessments, develop and revise care plans, educate patients and families, coordinate with the IDG, and guide Hospice Aide and LPN/LVN. A valid RN license and CPR are required, with strong communication and independent decision-making essential.
