- Lab Assistant

Performs basic laboratory duties involving the maintenance of the laboratory and preparation of experiments.

Sets up and assist with experiments for either classroom or laboratory use according to prescribed procedures. Clean-up experiments after completion. Maintains records of laboratory procedures. May assist in experiments with laboratory animals. May prepare chemical solutions or media. Performs related job duties as required.

Minimum Education /Training/Experience
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

Preferred Education/Training/Experience
- One year of laboratory work experience preferred.

Minimum Salary Range - $8.50/hour

Mid Point Salary Range - $10/hour
