PT Sales Ambassador

Summary

The Sales Ambassador delivers exceptional in-store customer experiences by combining product knowledge, personalized styling, and clienteling to build lasting relationships and drive business. This role supports store performance by meeting sales goals, coaching peers, and leveraging digital tools to engage customers both in-person and remotely. The position is an entry point for future management opportunities within the brand.

• Provide outstanding customer service with detailed product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual sales and contribute to team achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and KPIs.
• Utilize CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling and outreach initiatives.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to elevate customer-centric behaviors and performance.
• Maintain store visual standards and execute merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in store and company initiatives, training, community outreach, and talent sourcing.

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer and team relationships.
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Familiarity with digital selling tools and CRM systems preferred.
