Spring Hill Suites Texas City is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead group, corporate, and transient sales efforts for the property. This is a high‑impact role for a hospitality sales professional who thrives on building relationships, prospecting new business, and converting opportunities into revenue. The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of hotel sales experience and is ready to take ownership of a market and grow it.
This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. and solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

- Familiarity with the local Texas City/Galveston County market a plus
- Valid driver s license and reliable transportation for outside sales calls
Salary: non-exempt, $35,000 to $55,000. Benefits include Insurance, 401k, and vacation.
