• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate toward and understanding customer needs.

• Represent the company and the AT&T brand with utmost professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, potentially leading to additional bonus payments.
• Occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of AT&T, including engaging with customers, representing products and services, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with event set‑up or breakdown. Participation is a condition of employment and will be scheduled with reasonable notice.

• Clear communication skills, positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Background in retail sales helpful but not required.
• Minimum 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Residency within 30 minutes of the home store location, with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to company policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
