Selling Demo Lead

As a Selling Demo Lead, you'll provide superior customer service and leadership while also performing selling and hospitality events. You'll supervise, manage inventory, communicate, plan, and train/develop Partners. Key responsibilities include store lead operations/training, sales/customer service, and food safety/sanitation. You'll ensure compliance with federal, state, and H-E-B food safety regulations/standards and department SOPs. You'll also need advanced knowledge of H-E-B systems and processes, strong customer service skills, advanced communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, and the ability to demonstrate formal/informal leadership.

You must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, and have a passion for customer service and hospitality.
