Security Officer Armed Driving Role

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or local authorities as required;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, entry points, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and assist with enforcing community rules, parking regulations, and/or posted property guidelines;
Support Allied Universal standards by maintaining a visible presence, communicating clearly with residents and/or management, and completing required reports related to daily activities, incidents, and unusual conditions
