Recreation Vehicle Service Technician

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an RV Service Technician who takes pride in quality work, enjoys solving problems, and wants to help build one of the best RV service departments in Texas.

Texas City, TX

Schedule:

Monday through Friday | 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Inspect, diagnose, test, repair, and prepare used RVs for resale
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, LP gas, appliance, slide‑out, leveling jack, awning, and other RV systems
• Perform roof repairs, flooring installation, carpet replacement, cabinetry, trim, wall, window, siding, sealant, and general interior and exterior repairs
• Identify repair needs on incoming inventory and develop an efficient repair plan
• Ensure every RV meets our standards for safety, functionality, appearance, and quality before reaching the sales lot
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Help improve shop systems and workflows that keep inventory moving efficiently from inspection to final quality control
• Contribute ideas that improve quality, reduce turnaround times, and create better processes for inspecting, diagnosing, testing, repairing, and preparing RVs

• RV technician experience is preferred
• Home repair, remodeling, construction, electrical, plumbing, roofing, flooring, cabinetry, or general contractor experience is also highly valued
• Experience diagnosing and repairing heating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems is especially valued
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn new skills
• Someone who enjoys improving systems and creating repeatable processes, not just completing repairs
• Ability to work independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Leadership or shop management experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation is required
