We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Engineer with a strong background in AI/ML Engineering. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex software solutions that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML principles, algorithms, and frameworks, as well as the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

• Design, develop, and maintain high quality software applications with a focus on AI/ML functionalities.
• Lead the architecture and implementation of AI/ML models and algorithms to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices for software development and AI/ML engineering.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies and integrate them into existing systems.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
• Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues.

• 15+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on AI/ML engineering.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit learn).
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
