Job Description:
At least two mainline valid Service Now Certifications (TSM, TSOM – certified implementation specialist)
Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the Service Now integration
Candidate should have working knowledge of Service Now platform for major modules like TSOM, TSM (OOTB functionality and customization), ITSM, and Custom Scoped Applications
Candidate should have experience working in Telecommunication domain and implementation of Service Now in Telecommunication domain
Configure/Customize Service Now including Workflows using Flow Designer, Service Catalog, UI, Client scripts, Business rules, UI Actions, Script Includes etc. Custom applications development
No Visa sponsorship. Resources need to be hands-on in Service Now, proactive and have a sense of ownership
