Salary: $145,000 – $155,000 + 30% Bonus
Hybrid/Onsite:
Tempe, Mesa, Phoenix – Arizona regions

Key Responsibilities for the Director, Finance:

• Lead aspects of month-end close, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Review financial results and analyze P&L at entity and consolidated levels
• Establish and improve accounting processes, especially related to inventory
• Oversee inventory accounting, reconciliation, and policy development across locations
• Train, coach, and develop accounting team members
• Partner with auditors and support audit processes

Qualifications for the Director, Finance:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 6–10+ years of corporate accounting experience
• Prior management experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC, and/or IFRS reporting
