Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team in the role of Accounting/Office Administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling basic accounting tasks and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and office administration roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with audits.
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
